The Forschungsinstitut Betriebliche Bildung (f-bb), the Research Institute for Vocational Training, is a non-profit limited liability partnership fully owned by the Bildungswerk der Bayerischen Wirtschaft (bbw) e.V., a training centre operated by representatives of the Bavarian economy.
The f-bb is concerned with a wide portfolio of research and development projects on vocational education and training at regional, national and international level. Most of the projects are undertaken in cooperation with commercial, industrial and craft trade enterprises, other research institutes, vocational training institutions or schools providing vocational education.
MEDEF Franche-Comté is a regional entity of the French federation of employers "Mouvement des Entreprises de France". Core activity is the development of concepts of vocational training for employees in companies as well as for problematic groups of the labour market. Main objective is the promotion of the entrepreneurial spirit of the youth and the fortification of the economical and social development of the region. MEDEF Franche-Comté is particularly active in the field of competence management in regional companies.
EEF West Midlands - Engineering Employers' Association / Technical Center - is the biggest organisation of employers in the engineering sector in the UK and supports at sectoral level over 5400 companies in 13 regional associations. EEF is active involved in questions of modernisation of the NVQ-system in Great Britain and has far-reaching experience and expertise in matters of assessment of non formally acquired competencies.
TNOIK Towarzystwo Naukowe Organizacji Kierownictwa (PL)
TNOIK - Society for Scientific Organisation and Management - is a research and in-firm training establishment of the federation of employers in Gdansk. The mission of this non-government institution is to develop and promote the professional management and integration of academic and professional circles for the benefit of Poland's economy and statehood. TNOIK plays particularly a part in European projects concerning questions of social dialog.
